In this Seven Week Plan, we create the optimal state in your body for autophagy by eating a Keto Diet and building up to longer fasts. Autophagy translates to “self-eating” and refers to the cellular process of recycling and consolidating cells, getting rid of old or damaged cells, and replacing them with the influx of your own stem cells.
