Her approach is warm and compassionate, combining extensive training with a thoughtful, personalised approach to address your health concerns at their root and help you achieve lasting wellbeing.
She supports clients with everything from muscle aches and tension, chronic headaches, and post-injury recovery to stress and anxiety and longer-term pain conditions including fibromyalgia. Working with a range of clients from professional athletes to expectant mothers, her care is tailored, clear, and focused on long-term wellbeing.
